Rohit Malik

Rohit Malik joined Coronis Health in November 2025 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the company’s global people strategy and talent initiatives. With more than 25 years of international HR leadership experience, Rohit brings a proven record of building high-performing teams and driving organizational transformation across healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors.

Before joining Coronis Health, Rohit was CHRO at MATRIXX Software, guiding people operations across 20+ countries and helping scale a rapidly growing technology business. Earlier, he held senior HR leadership roles at R1 RCM, Uptake Technologies, Alight Solutions, and Aon Corporation, where he led large global teams and implemented innovative talent, culture, and workforce programs spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Rohit holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. He is based in Salt Lake Valley, Utah.
