Pranil Vadgama

Pranil Vadgama joined Coronis Health in May 2026 and serves as Chief Executive Officer & President. With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare revenue cycle management, global operations and large-scale business transformation, Pranil has built and led international organizations through periods of growth, operational change and strategic evolution across the United States, Europe and Asia.

Prior leadership experience includes CEO and president of Health Prime where he led the organization through significant operational and strategic evolution supporting ambulatory and hospital-based healthcare providers across the United States. Earlier he served as executive vice president of global scaling at R1 RCM helping scale international operations and enterprise capabilities in support of rapid organizational growth.

Before entering healthcare revenue cycle management, Pranil was president and CEO of CHEP India, where he built and scaled the company’s India business from the ground up while helping establish a new market category for reusable packaging solutions. He later served as chief procurement officer for Brambles, leading global operational and supply chain initiatives across multiple international markets. Earlier in his career he spent nearly a decade with GE in leadership roles across multiple business units and geographies including chief information officer for GE Consumer & Industrial in EMEA. While at GE he earned his Six Sigma Master Black Belt, helping shape the operational discipline and continuous improvement principles central to his leadership approach.

Throughout his career, Pranil has been recognized for building high-performing organizations that combine operational rigor, technology-enabled innovation and scalable execution. His leadership approach emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement and long-term organizational capability across complex global environments.

Additionally, Pranil serves as a visiting professor at the University of Westminster Business School in London where he is also a member of the university’s Industry Engagement Board. He holds a Master of Science in Business Systems Analysis from City, University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
